I ordered two different sweaters in size medium (one being personalized) and was thrilled to receive them. While both items were of great quality, there was a large discrepancy in size between the two. I reached out to customer service and after providing pictures and measurements of the items, they replaced both items for me at no charge. Their customer service was excellent, and despite the sizing issue I will definitely be ordering from them again. Just be sure to confirm with their posted sizing charts for each item before ordering as each item seems to have different measurements.

PREPSPORTSWEAR is a remarkable store for my athletic needs. Highly quality clothing and caps; Highl quality cusotmer service. I strongly recommend this store to all coaches and fans.

I had a good experience with Prep Sportswear. I ordered a custom hoodie with the name of my daughter's high school on the front. Although it took 3 weeks to shipped it was well worth it when the hoodie arrived, good quality and the print is excellent. I am definitely going to order from them again.

I made 2 purchases as a "congrats " for my son being accepted to a college in the fall... the more expensive of purchase came AS JUST A HOODIE, it was never printed on! I got a plain red, cheap hoodie in the mail and instead of getting upset I sent a "message" on their website ( the only form of contact besides an email address) in which guarantees a response in 24 hours ( now been a week) and NO RESPONSE, after 3 days I did also send an email as well and NO RESPONSE :/ just awful customer service.

I ordered 2 shirts on dec 1 for Christmas and they told me that they’d be here in time for Christmas. They got here on dec 31. That’s not even the problem tho one of the shirts is DIRTY LITERALLY DIRTY.

I ordered three children's T-shirts (1 small, 2 medium) with the Loyola University Maryland logo on them. The shirts we received were MUCH too small -- they looked like baby sizes, not toddler sizes. I have contacted them three times and received no response whatsoever from them.

Just received the same e mail excuse, 2 months and running. Please check BBS before using this company. It's a total scam.

I ordered a sweatshirt the first part of Dec. Got a notice it was delivered on Oct. 2019! The USPS tracking said it was delivered to a "locker" in Iowa somewhere. Note delivery date. It was BEFORE I had even ORDERED IT! I tried messaging them SEVERAL times to clear this up but NEVER received a response. I feel it was a scam! They got my money but I never received the item! Buyers BEWARE!

I had ordered a sweatshirt and sweatpants for my daughter. She ordered facemasks in late october. Neither of us have received our merchandise. Sent email to customer service and got no response. Also no phone number. Also believe this company is a scam!!

I've never written a review before nor have have I complained to the BBB, but now I found myself doing both, Why? Well, before I continue, let me just say that I've worked in customer service before so I would never degrade this profession. But Prep Sportswear is absolutely bad at reaching out to there customers... Horrible! I placed an order on 10/16/20,1 order and I haven't received it yet (11/10/20)... But this is how Prep Sportswear handles the situation... On 10/23/20 I recieved an email stating; (Our team has found that an item(s) in your recent Prep Sportswear Order # did not pass our quality control standards. We want you to be happy with your purchase and have started the process of recreating your product. Your new Order # is. You will receive an email notifying you once the shipment has left our facility.

Please contact Customer Service if you would like any further assistance in editing your order.)
I'm pretty sure everyone else seen this msg recently... Anyways, I give it more than 7 - 10 business days like they advertise, and nothing... I contacted Customer Service through email & I haven't received any reply as of today 11/20/20...
Funny thing is that I was just reviewing why Prep Sportswear customer's are giving them 5 stars... All clearly works for Prep Sportswear or family/friends of Prep Sportswear because all they talked about was how great customer service is & how they received their items on time or before time... lol And even funnier, the reviews were written almost everyday going back... Trying to out do the bad with the good. Well I guess you have to write some more Prep Sportswear...
Well I wish my complaint was over, but its not, on 11/6/20 I recieved the same bull s h i t email with a new Order #... guess I won't receive my 1 item until next year, & I can't cancel and my cc been charged already...
So, if you don't mind waiting for months, go ahead and shop with Prep Sportswear, but this is my last... I will never recommend.
